## 📋 1. Return & Exchange Policy Window

* Validity Period: Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:
* Completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
   * Packaged in its original brand box/wrapper.
   * Accompanied by all original tags, labels, barcodes, invoices, and freebies (if any).

## 🚫 2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following categories cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

* Innerwear & Personal Clothing: Lingerie, shapewear, undergarments, swimwear, and socks.
* Beauty & Personal Care: Cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and hair care products (if the seal is broken).
* Customised Goods: Personalised items, custom gifts, or modified products.
* Sale Items: Products purchased under "Final Sale", "Clearance", or explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

## 🔄 3. Step-by-Step Return Process
We offer a simple and structured process to return your items:

   1. Initiate the Request: Send an email to blinkstar831@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID (e.g., #BC1234) and the reason for return.
   2. Submit Photographic Evidence: Attach 2–3 clear photographs of the product, showing the unused condition and the intact tags/labels.
   3. Internal Review: Our quality check team will review your request and share an approval or rejection update within 24 to 48 hours.
   4. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivered address.
   * Note: Reverse pickup usually takes 2–3 business days. Please keep the packet ready and sealed for the courier partner.

## 💰 4. Refund Methods, Conditions & Timelines
Refunds are processed only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes a physical quality inspection.

* Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, Netbanking): The refund amount will be credited directly back to your original payment account.
* Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders cannot be done in cash. We will send you a secure automated payment link or ask for your Bank Account Details (Account Number, IFSC, Holder Name) via email.
* Refund Processing Time:
* Inspection takes 24–48 hours after receiving the product at our warehouse.
   * Once approved, the refund will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
* Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges, cash-on-delivery handling fees, or convenience fees paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

We take extra care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will fix it instantly.

* Reporting Timeline: Any damaged, defective, or missing item must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
* Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect against transit fraud, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory for all claims regarding damaged or missing items. The video must clearly show the courier label, the sealed box, and the opening process. Without this video, no refunds or replacements will be approved.
* Resolution: Once verified, Blinkcart India will arrange a fresh replacement or offer a 100% full refund (including shipping fees) at zero extra cost to you.
