Thank you for visiting and shopping at Blinkcart India. We partner with India’s leading courier networks to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand our processing times, delivery schedules, and tracking methods.

## 📦 1. Order Processing Time

* Processing Speed: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after your order is confirmed.
* Peak Seasons: During festivals, major sale events, or extreme weather conditions, dispatch might take an extra 24–48 hours. We appreciate your patience during such times.

## 🚚 2. Shipping Charges & Rates
We want to keep shipping transparent and affordable for all our customers across India:

* Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping all over India on all prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).
* Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 (or your preferred amount) is charged to cover secure cash handling by our courier partners.
* Hidden Fees: The final price shown at checkout is fully inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges.

## ⏳ 3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, or DTDC), the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

* Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
* Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities): 4 to 7 business days.
* Remote Areas & North-East States: 7 to 10 business days.

## 📍 4. Order Tracking

* Live Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, a unique tracking link and tracking ID will be sent to your registered Email ID (blinkstar831@gmail.com) and Phone Number via SMS/WhatsApp.
* Status Updates: You can click the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep in real-time.

## ⚠️ 5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

* Correct Information: Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address, including the correct flat number, street name, landmark, and a valid 6-digit Pincode.
* Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, they will call you before returning the parcel to our warehouse.
* RTO (Return to Origin): If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept a COD order, any future orders from that account may require mandatory prepaid payment.

## 📬 6. Shipment Damaged in Transit
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or torn from the outside:

* Do NOT accept the delivery from the courier person.
* Take a clear photo/video of the damaged box.
* Report it to us immediately at blinkstar831@gmail.com within 24 hours so we can ship a fresh replacement package to you.
